Just need diet sorting

Another diet! Been away from the gym recently and just waiting for a gym near me to start up. Im really enthusiastic to start again but to be honest my diet has never been 100%. So the one i'm about to show you is what I plan to do but I know it needs work. Hence you guys!

Male, 24, 6ft, 180lbs. Not sure on bodyfat.

7:00: Wake – Shower
7:20: 2 scoops whey protein in water
7:30: Cereal with a cup of tea
10:30: Wholemeal pasta and 1 tin of tuna
1:30: Pre prepared chicken tikka (dried) in a wholemeal pitta, yogurt, pear, banana (Are Nestle Sveltesse yogurts any good? 0% Fat, 0% Sugar, 6g protein)
3:00: Apple, orange, handful almond nuts - THIS IS VERY WEAK I KNOW - what do i add? Should I have the pasta here instead of 10:30?
6:30: Train
7:30 Shake – 2 scoops - Should I have dextrose here aswell?
8:00: Dinner - Will be high protein.
10:00: Shake in milk - Water instead?
10:30: Bed

As much water as possible throughout the day. Will buy some multivitamins. Was also thinking of having this:

Flax Seed

Supplements: Creatine + L-Glutamine – 1 teaspoon daily. Will be taking them just before I hit training.

I know there are loads of diets on here, but I need one adjusting to my time scale etc.

I work in an office all day, but that doesn't mean I sit down all day!

Aim is to lose body fat. Will weight train x2 a week + x2 cardio sessions. Training routine is sorted.

    Not enough cardio.

    More food needed nearer to training, you have nothing for 3 and a half hours.

    PWO just have whey in water.

    Then at 8pm meal have the protien with some complex carbs i.e. rice, pasta, etc...

    Lose the milk and whey before bed, replace with casein blend and healthy fats or another solid protein food.

    Not enough Omega 3 from what i can see either and not exactley high in EFA's.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Sorry it will be x3 cardio - that includes one running. Still not enough?

    Yeah i know its weak before training, I need some help there - what should I add?

    Healthy fats, I will look into on the TT list.

    Will buy some omega 3 tabs - 6 a day?

    Source healthy fats from the diet, will provide more nutrients, satiate you more and also be cheaper than buying tablets and supplements.

    I would personally increase the cardio to 5-6 times per week, first thing on a morning at a low intensity. This will allow you to seperate cardio and weights.

    An hour to an hour and a half before training get some protein, healthy, complex, slow release carbs.

    it really does work upping your cardio mate, I now its difficult though. I even went to gym at 6.30 am and 8pm yesterday to do total of 80min steady state cardio (obviously i dont do that every day!)
