Just need diet sorting
Another diet! Been away from the gym recently and just waiting for a gym near me to start up. Im really enthusiastic to start again but to be honest my diet has never been 100%. So the one i'm about to show you is what I plan to do but I know it needs work. Hence you guys!
Male, 24, 6ft, 180lbs. Not sure on bodyfat.
7:00: Wake â€“ Shower
7:20: 2 scoops whey protein in water
7:30: Cereal with a cup of tea
10:30: Wholemeal pasta and 1 tin of tuna
1:30: Pre prepared chicken tikka (dried) in a wholemeal pitta, yogurt, pear, banana (Are Nestle Sveltesse yogurts any good? 0% Fat, 0% Sugar, 6g protein)
3:00: Apple, orange, handful almond nuts - THIS IS VERY WEAK I KNOW - what do i add? Should I have the pasta here instead of 10:30?
7:30 Shake â€“ 2 scoops - Should I have dextrose here aswell?
8:00: Dinner - Will be high protein.
10:00: Shake in milk - Water instead?
As much water as possible throughout the day. Will buy some multivitamins. Was also thinking of having this: Flax Seed
Supplements: Creatine + L-Glutamine â€“ 1 teaspoon daily. Will be taking them just before I hit training.
I know there are loads of diets on here, but I need one adjusting to my time scale etc.
I work in an office all day, but that doesn't mean I sit down all day!
Aim is to lose body fat. Will weight train x2 a week + x2 cardio sessions. Training routine is sorted.
