what would be the best route, cutting first and getting to a sub 10% bodyfat level then bulking or bulking first?

TBH i would not cut IF IT WERE ME

    not enough lean tissue

    eat clean, add mass slowly

    gear is not required

reason i was thinking of cutting first was because of t-nation thread on bulking, the author suggests getting to a good bodyfat level first
