fair enough i'm pretty happy with it just wanted other's views on it to make sure they thought it was ok. Obviously never going to gain muscle while cutting, but been gaining increased strength.
Swapping pull ups (widish grip) with chin ups (narrowor grip) will still hit my back hard wont it?
I was just wanting to make sure i had enough for beicpes without going over board. I di believe less is generally more
