Just want to check this looks ok still

3 months into my cut, and have been on the same routine for ages. My biceps seem to have suffered with the cut, well they've never been that good anyway and my back doesnt seem to have lost any size so I've changed pull ups to chin ups with a closer hand spacing. Also have a bit of a bad lower back so stopped doing SLDL's.

Anyway here it is. Just want to make sure this routine looks.

SUN or MON
DB Incline Bench 4x6-8
Weighted dips 4x6-8
Skulls 4x6-7

TUES (usually)
Squats 4x6
Hammer Strength Leg curls 3x8

TUES or WED
Seated DB ohp 4x6-7
Incline REar flys 3x10 (low ish weight)
EZ Bar Curls 4x6-8

FRI or SAT

Deadlifts 5x5
Weighted pull ups 4x6-7
BB Bent over Row 4x7-7

I started doing the rear flys everyday after a sports physio recommended them after i went to see him about my bad shoulder. I've since stopped doing them every day and stuck them on delt day instead.

    really?!!

It takes me long enough to complete that lot in all honestly. I most bothered that i've got enough for biceps but not TOO much if you get me

i do a similar back day to urs and do just 2 set of dumbell curls for biceps at the end of the session.

i dont see any need to add more exercises,

esspicaly on a cut as you in low cals and trying to maintain the muscle more than anything else. So beating your body down with another exercise would IMO have a reverse affect

fair enough i'm pretty happy with it just wanted other's views on it to make sure they thought it was ok. Obviously never going to gain muscle while cutting, but been gaining increased strength.

Swapping pull ups (widish grip) with chin ups (narrowor grip) will still hit my back hard wont it?

I was just wanting to make sure i had enough for beicpes without going over board. I di believe less is generally more
