Kalms

I have a huge presentation and interview this week. Its not like me to be so nervous but I feel that is going to have a negative effect on my interview.

So.... have you tried or IYO do you think Kalms would help/work?

Cheers

I had thought of that but I don't want doped up either because I need to be on the ball to answer the questions, or maybe this wont be the case, I dont know?

Can you just phone them and ask them for something? I cant take the time off work and I'm never at the doctors so Im not sure how it all works?

they are worth a try mate, you certainly wont have a bad reaction to them or have your mental ability affected.

    or

you could try some valium, try one out first to see how you react.

maybe have half an hour before you go in?

I had three cans which helped (after I chewed some chewing gum.) I got the job and still work there! Don't tell anyone.

    ever tried meditation?

No never mate and wouldn't know where to begin apart from sitting on the floor and humming... but I would give it a go. Is it something that has an immediate effect or is it only beneficial after several sessions?

I've tried Kalms and they don't do anything for me - except give me bad nose bleeds! Happens to my mum too, so I'd try them before interview day.

I used valium on my 3rd driving test and passed. It didn't make me woozy or anything just felt that little bit more relaxed.

Whatever you choose to do I'd try it out beforehand just in case.

Good luck - hope it all works out for you :)
