Keeping my 1st cycle gains
This is my 1st ever cycle.
24 yrs old
before cycle 12st 11lbs
current weight 13st 6lbs
Lifted weights since i was 17 on and off, trained properly for last 2 years.
Also nutrition sorted for about a year. (I take in many calories, lots of protien ect)
I'm currently on my second day of week 5, of 6 weeks in total cycle. Its an oral only 30mg a day Dbol cycle.
Ive gained 9 lbs. Slight side effects:- grown maybe slightly more body hair, and got a bit of acne (which im treating).
Made most gains early on, now tapering off, a gain of only 1 pound in last week.
I don't fancy upping the dose just because i've herd somtimes the more u take the harder it is to keep those gains during PCT.
PCT is planned.
Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg
Cycle time + PCT = 9 weeks before my 2nd cycle, which i will be injecting with Dbol kickstart.
So have u geezers got any tips on how to keep the gains ive made please?
Any advice for making some gains in the final 2 weeks?
