Keto Refeed

I am on the final 4 weeks of my cut and decided to try a keto diet to get as shredded as poss.  My refeed will be sunday and would like to run it by you guys
 
CARB UP
 
Oat pancakes 50g oats and 8 egg whites (314kcal, 33g pro, 30g carbs, 4g fat)
2 weight watchers pizzas (464kcal, 36g pro, 68g carbs, 6g fat)
100g oats and 50g dried fruit (504kcal, 12g pro, 95g carbs, 8g fat)
200g prawns and 125g basmati rice (423kcal, 50g pro, 40g carbs, 7g fat)
200g Steak (418kcal, 60g pro, 2g carbs, 18g fat) and 2 ciabatta (428kcal, 15g pro, 76g crabs, 7g fat)
2 Puddings (212kcal, 8g pro, 36g carbs, 4g fat)
6 special k bars (504kcal, 12g pro, 96g carbs, 9g fat)
100g special k (383kcal, 13g pro, 76g carbs, 3g fat)
 
Kcals = 3650
Pro = 239
Carbs = 519
Fats = 66
 
Do the macros look right?  Do I need more carbs?

    There is no set figures for a carbup.

    Start with a little fast carbs like the cereal and continue and finish on goof starchy carbs. Keep fat low and protein low and stop carbing up when you start to smooth over.

    This is all you need.
