Keto advice

Hi all day 13 of my keto and all was going well, had dropped from 12 stone 12 to 12 stone 6 but it would seem I'm now putting weight back on, back up to 12 stone 9.

I've kept my splits at 65F/30P/5C and trained 4 times a week heavy weights plus at least 25 - 45 mins cardio a day.

I have noticed that I'm not as thirsty as I was, is this significant?

My maintenance calories for BMR should be 1850 and with my activity level added it should be 2450. On training days I'm around 2100 - 2200 and on cardio days around 1900 Cals.

Am I doing something wrong?

    What are you eating daily?

Have you had any carb feeds?

    Hi,
Not had any carb feeds yet as I've never done this before I read that you should go at least 2 - 3 weeks before a carb up, so was planning my first one for Christmas day.

I didn't get the many of the side effects either, no bad breath and no stinky pee but I was drink around 6 litres of water for the first 10 days now down to 4.

My diet looks like this (this is a typical training day with around 45 mins weights and 45 mind cardio) an I am drinking only water or green team (two cups a day) with a cup of camomile before bed.

Am I doing something, wrong or is it just a blip.

Totally different diets, your is not a pro-fat Keto diet and is more like a DP style Keto, where you favour protein that is then turned to glucose for fuel.

Also I have no clue as to you BF%, you could have been very high and therefore much easier to push a drop.

    Agree, totally differing diets..

just showing this one worked for me leaving me thirsty all the time, 3rd mark on keto stick at times and I lost weight in a steady predictable manner with non of the annoying hunger pangs..

As for body fat, I would have struggled to get below 11 stone.
