Keto diet help please

Hi guys, hope everyone is well :)

I'm hoping to enter the Northwest Championships in may (body fitness cat) and really need to shed a few lb's before i do, i have researched some diets and found that keto would probably suit me best. But i'm a bit lost ... there are so many and i can't fathom which to do !!

I want to shed a few lb's so that i can see my abs (my biggest problem area) while still training to cut, can anyone give me any advice please?

stats :

height 5"1
weight 126 lb

I thought people get slated in there for asking anything other than DP keto related? Or are you advising her to follow the DP keto diet?

    Current PB's
    100kg Clean & Jerk
    110kg Bench
    190kg Deadlift
    140kg Back Squat

    Hi hun,

Good luck by the way - saw your journal earlier!
I know someone mentioned posting your diet in the D&N section or Female Bodybuilding.

    - there's loads of great, knowledgeable women that would be able to advise you whats best to follow.
How far away is the comp?
    - personally not the biggest fan of keto diets - muscle loss. (only IMO though)
