Ketogenic diet

Been reading up on this on the articles here and elsewhere. Wanting to combine with cardio to cut body fat effectively all over. Has anyone had any good luck with a ketogenic diet? What sort of results did you get over what timescale? Anyone able to suggest a sample day? Is there a better method for more efficient fat reduction over a better timescale?

Thanks.

    ketosis is good
    its not required
    its not for everybody
it can get horrible when you get i wrong
there are many models of it

do you need it? no and certainly not ideal if you play guesswork

get in a deficit on a normal diet, add weights = lose weight

    its not hard

I've been working this approach for a while and it just feels that things are coming to somewhat of a halt with regards to weight. I think psychologically a new diet would make sense at this point also.

In your opinion then TT theres no point in me trying a keto diet? I should just up cardio and weights/increase defecit?

    beyond that its person specific
