Kettleballs ???

Hello. Some questions for you all.....

What are kettleballs good for? What do they do that can't otherwise be achieved?

Is it worth buying the book on using them by Pavel Tsatsouline, or are the techniques easy enough to pick up on your own?

Who here trains with these things?

Cheers.

Don't buy any kettlebells Drab. You can do the exercises with weights. Save your money mate!

you can do these with dumbells for example, in fact it is easier. But as we all know the easy path is not often the most beneficial path.

The kettlebells are designed to be awkward to use and hold onto which is responsible in no small part for their effectiveness imo.
