Kingfisher tuna steak in olive oil

Just come across these. Absolutely awesome way to get good protein and fats in on the move.

    Looks good.  Would choose the springwater one personally.   But no other added ingredients is what I like.

    Looks good.  Would choose the springwater one personally.   But no other added ingredients is what I like.


    Agreed i usually go for springwater, but if you're after essential fats, can't go wrong with them being in olive oil...

    I'd rather it was in omega 3 fish oil.
