Knee

So since about the age of 14 my right knee slightly kinks out everytime i walk and my foot points outwards is their anyway to remedee this? it doesnt hurt to walk with the foot pointing fowards or anything , also sometimes my knee gives way i collapse usually and the area around the knee begins to swell ive been to pyscio they gave me some dodgy exercises that never worked , my right footed but i can probably lift 2-3x as much on my left leg alone than i can on my right. any tips please thanks in advance.

    i have the same sorta problem... if i make my feet parallel and point straight forward, my right knee points inward a fair bit. making training a bitch!

    any help would be much appreciated guys!
