Knee pain

Been having this wierd sensation in my knee recently. In fact its been for the past two months or so. Played football and damaged my ankle (some of you my remeber the post) but its my left knee thats giving me the pain still. It feels like its inside the knee, under the cap but more on the inside rather than the centre? Hurts in general, walking downstairs and doing squats, but not leg press. Strange but true ... Any other knee sufferers like me out there?

I had that, hurt with squats more, think it's the sheer force of a squat.

I just did deeper leg press with lighter weight until it got better mate

Don't f**k your knees up, if it hurts, leave it

    hiya,

recently had knee pains in my left knee after one session of running. i carried on and they just got worse. left cardio for one week (just did weights, none on my legs though)

then started stretching before and after any leg work. this helped loads and know its gone. might not work for you but worth a go.
