Knox's Comfort Zone Challenge, I Challenge the whole board

Comfort zone, I Challenge the whole board.
Yes to Challenge yourself, for a bit of fun and motivation for us all,Lets all get out of our Comfort Zone's and give it a push.

The Concept,a challenge is set on that anyone can achieve just requires a bit of effort and input

Rules Its the on the 16th tomo it starts then and runs until the 16th of June, you have to choose one event from the list below, you have to not miss one day or any event out at all ,if you do then your out,if you survive then you go on to the next round
The next round will be another event, suggestions from the survivors of the first.

The list of events, please feel free to add an event, when we have a decent list, ill do a poll from 10pm tonight )si suggestions must be in by then)running until 5pm tomo,at 7pm the Comfort Zone starts

Suggestions:(needs to be cats for all types of trainers, strong guys, cardio freaks, cutters and bulkers)
Diet
Cutters
Daily cardio for 45mins per day,no cheat meals or food stuffs that arent on your allowed list(,its only one month SO no cheat meals,no misses allowed for the month.not one)
Bulk
Add 25g of protein every day to your current daily menu, not allowed any skipped meals you must consume a minimum of 5 meals not including shakes and at least one shake(pwo or in the night whatever your call)
Gym
In addition every time you go to the gym you must add weight to your exercise but keep good form, dont go mad cos you must be adding weight the next visit again ,so needs to be achievable for the month

So if you can achieve the goals and get out your current comfort zone for the month, you go thru to next months challenge but that will be tougher and decided by yourselfs.please give some positive input
Any ideas?

Why not? lets push it out a bit and get stuck in,we may train but has it become a bit mundane once its become part of your everyday life due to your commitment thats great but has the freshness or buzz gone that you had when you were a newbie
you may train hard but can you commit a bit more for a short burst?,are you really in a comfort zone?

I'll do 45 mins of cardio conditioning work (a little lower to begin with) starting next Monday. I'm competing Saturday and want to do a month of conditioning by way of a change. So put me down.

British Grip Championships. I did a little conditioning work last year between summer and autumn - pallet drags (150-kilo tyre and 80-kilo barrel on a 20-kilo pallet and I did laps of our yard). It was to help me with our annual charity pulls etc.

I'll be under 10% bodyfat by June 18th.
That means gym 5 times per week (3 weights, 2 HIIT)

Brill nice one mate, just try to say to yourself is that what i can do or do i have more,in honesty when was the last time you really went all out in effort in a constant manner.
If you were Joining the SAS how hard would you be training in prep? If you had won a guest pose at Olympia how hard would you diet and train, well why wait for some event the will never happen, see how far you can push find you limit then give it a bit more, surpass yourself, surprise yourself
