LACK OF ENERGY / TIREDNESS.
im after some advise, been on a clean eating diet now for 5 weeks, having roughly about 1300 - 1500 calories per day, also carb cycling, high days about 130g, med - 100g, low 60g per day,diet consists of oats, protein shakes, fruit, chicken, tuna, veg and salads with brown rice or sweet potato's.
i do fasted cardio in the morning for 40 mins monday - friday, then return to the gym later in the afternoon to do a weight session.
monday - chest / back
tuesdays - legs
wednesday - abbs
thursday - biceps / triceps
friday - shoulders
at the end of most days im so tired, am i doing too much or should i be eating more food? is this a normal feeling that ppl have when they train all week?
im currently trying to mainatain my weight of 8 st whilst tone up at the same time,my height is 5ft 3inches.
any suggestions greatly appreciated
