    Good Luck bro,

will be good to hear / see how you get on.  Are you running a cycle assist or just using Liv & Milk Thistle?

Do you think a Cycle Assist is necessary? I probably would buy one for a harsher compound but it seems epi has minimal sides and a cycle assist on top of the liv and thistle might be a bit overkill although I'd rather be safe than sorry.

    Hi mate,

I'm currently in week 5 of a 6 week cycle, it;s my 1st time so it was a bit of an experiment. I had Havoc by RPN.

I went 30,30,30,30,40 and to be honest, have not seen much yet to be honest. A little increase in strength but nothing worth shouting about.

Thankfully no negative sides either, so can't be all bad lol.

My diet was 6 meals a day, keto style, high in protein and fat with low carbs (May be why I didn't have many results?)

I'm pondering starting PCT a week early and skipping week 6.

For some reason though, I want to try it again but at a higher dose to see if I get anything from it. I think starting at 30mg for the first week may be wise and just see if you have any negative sides from it, but then ramp it up to 40. Everyone is different so you may well explode on it.

A chappy called Paddy had some really good gains on it though, so it's clearly down to each person.

I didn't run any support products, just some standalone supps along side it, although I doubt it will do you any harm though to run something along side.

    Good luck mate.

Havoc and epi are very similar, no? Glad to hear you didn't have any sides but minimal gains sounds poo. I'm not expecting anything amazing but we shall see what happens. I'm excited nonetheless!

All depends how you will react to the Epi...40mg sounds like a good dose though with your stats.

Be interesting to see how you do whilst using the leangains protocol. Could have a nice recomp with this approach!

What are your goals, to lean up a bit more?

Aye, it's my first proper cut and I want to be in good shape for my holiday in June so I gave myself plenty of time because I expected it to be a bit of trial and error. I've only been doing leangains and eating at a slight deficit for about two months now and I've lost a lot of bodyfat. Couldn't really see abs before unless I properly tensed up but now upper abs are visible, just got a bit of fat on lower belly but it is slowly going. The epi should help with this I think.

Even though I'm on a deficit I am still getting PRs in the gym. On Wednesday I benched 95kgx5x3 which is a PR for me and deadlifted 180kgx5, another PR. Just makes me wonder what I could be doing if I was still in surplus!

This is how my stomach looks now (lightly tensed) 2 months or so into cut. I will see if there's much difference at the end of the cycle.

On third day today, obviously nothing to report thus far.

Does epi make you have really vivid nightmares by any chance? Majorly ****ed up dreams last night.

Day 4 - Still nothing to report (as expected) but the last couple of nights I've had really deep sleep and really ****ed up dreams!

Tonight's workout includes 100kg bench for low reps and 185kg deads.

    Just checking in.

Day 6 today, workout was good but no different from usual which is all as expected. Dreams are still really vivid and weird but it's kind of cool. Everytime I go to sleep is like going to the cinema

    Tonight's dinner:

    Lovely stuff.

Good luck with it ET. I did my first cycle, which was EPI last year and I remember the first noticeable difference was the insane pumps   Have you noticed anything like that yet?

How far in did you start noticing the pumps? It's Day 8 for me today.

I've moved from Starting Strength to Growth Stimulus Training recently and the microcycles where you're doing 15-20 reps on the supplement lifts give me insane pumps but I'm not sure whether that would have happened anyway due to the reps being so high as I've never really trained like that before.

Brutal leg workout Friday. I've started GST (Growth Stimulus Training -weight and reps get cycled) and so far so good.

    Back squats 8/8/10 @ 65% of 1RM
    Front squats 15/15/15 @ 50% of 1RM
    Lunges 15 per leg x2 @ 50%(kind of) of 1RM

Was going to try for a third set on the lunges but there was nothing left in the tank. 15 may not sound too much but it feels like it takes forever.

On day 10 of taking Epi at 40mg a day and still nothing to report.

I think it was within the first two weeks for me, but everyone responds differently.  Starting my 2nd epi cycle next week, can't wait!
