LGD 4033- A quick review

Finished this a week ago,so thought I'd let you all know how it went.

Background-Been training in various ways for over 25 yrs,so hopefully know what I'm doing! Done a few AAS cycles in the past, but nothing for nearly 6 yrs(bar one Osta cycle two summers ago).

Dose- 3 wks @ 3mg,3 wks @ 6mg,9 days @ 9mg.(consensus on other boards was to increase dosage when gains stall).
Bodyweight- Start 83.5kg     Finish 87kg
BF- Down,at least 1-2%
Strength- Up 10-15%

PCT- 3 wks clomid

Notes- Kicked in quickly,at end of week 1, Increased appetite, bit of lethargy in last week. That's about it really, nothing bad to report! Really like this compound, but would be good if someone else could run it with bloods( KS ????).

Any questions,fire away.

What was your objective with this cycle?

    What was your diet?

    K,

I'd spent the previous year or so emphasising cardio/stamina for MA,so was very lean, but felt small.Circumstances dictated I had to give up the MA for the time being,so re-emphasised getting bigger/stronger.Had hit a bit of a plateau,so wanted a boost.Did think about going back to AAS,but have got a bit more cautious with age,so SARM's seemed a viable alternative.(little liver stress, easier on lipids,no LVH).

Diet was a small surplus, around 3100 cals day.(pretty clean, like to stay in reasonable condition).

Good summary. Keen to see that strength went up and bf went down, on slight cal surplus.

It's not on my list of compounds to try but seems a successful run and suitable for those looking for something with gains but mild on the body.

    Thanks for the post.

    Thanks KS,
thought I'd share as it's relatively new and I personally trust reviews from UK sites more than the US.

Will probably run Osta on a cut for summer, then back to LGD in the autumn.(Unless a newer/better alternative show's up!)
