Re: LGD 4033- A quick review
I'd spent the previous year or so emphasising cardio/stamina for MA,so was very lean,but felt small.Circumstances dictated I had to give up the MA for the time being,so re-emphasised getting bigger/stronger.Had hit a bit of a plateau,so wanted a boost.Did think about going back to AAS,but have got a bit more cautious with age,so SARM's seemed a viable alternative.(little liver stress,easier on lipids,no LVH).
Diet was a small surplus,around 3100 cals day.(pretty clean,like to stay in reasonable condition).
