Day 3 (Tuesday 9th Dec) Had 10mg SD at 12 PM and 10mg SD at 7.30 PM I enjoyed my workout, trained back and biceps tonight. Effects:I woke up this morning, my triceps and chest were still pumped from last night. I like the pumps after back and biceps workout, back and biceps, especially biceps feel fuller and tight. Side Effects:Lower back is a little painful (back pumps), no other sides apart from that, really! I will increase my water intake, so far I been drinking 6-8 litres of water per day (2 litre bottle refill). Weight:183 lbs (+1 lbs) Can't wait for leg workout tomorrow! Thanks for viewing!

Back pumps - day 3 ?? Wowzer. (Maybe just doms from extra effort during back workout?) Try deadlifts, lower back pumps take on a new meaning K

I guess you're right K but the pain is gone, woke up with no back pain at all. Chest is still sore from Monday's workout session. So far so good. Will update Day 4 tonight! Regards, Chris

10 litres? That would be 20 my friend. There is no way you are drinking that much.

Thanks Newcastle for correcting me, was half asleep when I posted last post. I've just edited, 5x refill. Since I increased my water intake, the lower back pain has disappeared. Chris

20 liters would most likely kill you. 10 seems excessive too.

Exactly what I was thinking. I take what people say on the internet with a big old pinch of salt. 5 litres a day is plenty IMO/IME.

yeah, past a certain point I just let thirst guide me. I have a 1.5 liter bottle i take to train with, and have easily 1.5l during the day from water and green tea, anything else is just fine, real tea, water etc. but never try and force it anymore.

I will take your advice Simon, I don't usually drink that much water but I've been very thirsty since I started the SD.
