LOSING JUICE?!

When I injected today, 1ml test .8ml deca, when I retracted the pin a stream of blood ran out. Not squirting, just a stream. After about 4 seconds I finally got another alcohol swab and got it stopped. How much juice did I lose? I figured I went through a vessel while injecting. Also, Im using 22g 1.5. Thanx for your reply

i dont like this method. Use at your own risk.

Like other said, just apply pressure!!

And another thing. Lots of people pull the needle out too quickly after injecting. Give it a few seconds. After retracting apply slight pressure to the injection site. With pressure still being applied with one finger. Use the other hand and fingers to massage the area. 90% of the time i take a shower right after injecting. I like the heat and IMO it helps the oil move out quicker. Be sure when using 1g of test to mix up the sites. You dont want to saturate the receptors

    GL on cycle.

Could you expand on what this means. As I in the past have just alternated shoulders as I find them easy to inject. I find it hard to inject glutes and quads.

    thanks in advance

Well for one its old, outdated, and not really used since the coming of the air-bubble method.
Another thing wrong with the ztrack is the preasure on the needle. I have allot of mucle mass on my quads. If i were to attempt to push the tissue over i wouldnt be able to very well. The skin is tight. What i would do however is shift the muscle itself to some degree. because of the extra stress this can make the site irritated. The extra tension on the needle could also cause it to break... Although i havent seen anything to support that statement its just MO.

I cant find a site to show the air bubble method but i will look in some oof my textbooks.

IMO leakage comes from rushing things. Take your time and it shouldnt be an issue
