Unless you're on the juice that's a lot of volume for chest, even if you're only doing it once a week. After doing those three exercises, I would be totally exhausted and done with my workout. You shouldn't expect to get anything out of your shoulders and triceps after doing all that for chest.
Doing incline presses will not make your upper chest grow any more than flat presses. In your case, I suspect the best way to help your chest grow is to give it more rest and less volume.
How about doing something like:
Dumbbell Bench Press 5x5
Standing Barbell Military Presses 5x5
Triceps exercise of your choice 5x5
