Langers Journal

Started AF's Thermorexin.

Monday 4th Aug

After my experiences with SAN's Tight and comparing the ingredients, I decided to go for three today (instead of one, which is recommended for the first day you do it).

I took the first at 7:00 with my breakfast and another at 9:30 with a biscuit. About 2 hours later I was already feeling the effects, even thought there is about half the amount of Synephedrine and Yohimbe in each tablet to the Tight. I then took the third at 13:00.

Time is now 15:30 and I am really feeling it!! Probably about the same as 3xTight.

Going to do chest and tris tonight, but I have the feeling I will be a bit knackered by then [|)]

evening
Just done my chest for the first time in 8 weeks!! My shoulders seem ok. So I am a very happy lad (nothing to do with the Thermorexin, I just wanted to show my glee )

Tuesday 5th Aug

I have decided to stick at 3 a day for this week and then try and bump it upto 4 a day next week.

Today I have taken the tabs a bit more spaced out. I took 1 at 7:00 with brekie again, the next at 11:15 (45 mins before doing some CV) and the last with my lunch at 14:00. Although I still really felt the effects, it was more comfortable than yesterday. I have also found that the appetite suppressing qualities have lasted though the day better.

oh, I also experienced lots of energy during my CV session btw.

There is 180 caps in the bottle. So 3 a day would make it last 2 months. If you use the coupon code "afdiscount" it will reduce down to $69 (from $120)!!

It has a massive list of ingredients.

Shipping is $10. I got mine within 2 days.

Errr. Weight is about 15,3 stone. Not sure about BF. Will try and remember to check tonight when I get home from work.

I am expecting a sharp rise in muscle weight over the next few weeks as I have just started the gym again after 8 weeks off. So I will be jusding the success of this cutting course by look and BF measurements I think.

oh btw. I am considering also using a nordial product (nandrolone precursor), to help my shoulders mend nicely. This may also help with wieght loss.

I have now ordered a couple of bottles of Ergo 19Nordial from 1fast, which should last 30-40 days. However, have decided to leave if for a while, to allow myself to get some natural gains first (no point in wasting it!). I will probably do it later in the year along with some Reflex Tri-Matrix. This will allow me to make some nice gains and also keep my joints well hdrated (to avoid injury). I may also add a lowish dose of 1-AD, depending on how I feel.

I was planning to do a big 1-AD, 4-AD, 1,4 Andro and 3-Alpha cycle later this year but this will now have to wait until some time next year.

mate, I have decided to start creatine, which will help keep my shoulders and back nice and hydrated, to help prevent injury.

I think this will throw any BF% reading out the window. So I guess I will just have to go by what I look like in the mirror.

Please note that this routine is designed to allow me to train whilst recovering from back and shoulder injuries.

You may also be wondering why I am doing HIIT and CV. Am I mad?? Well yes I am. Also I am also doing the additional CV whilst I build up my fitness, to allow me to do HIIT properly.

Just out of interest, what is the nature of your back injury?
I'm currently suffering with a sacroiliac joint dysfuction/ligament tear and there's no way I'm risking training for quite a while yet.

Well I injurey my back a few years ago by sitting on a PC for about 24 hours doing my end-of-year uni project and then driving about 1500 miles in 1 week. And now I work on a PC all day and drive about 100 miles a day, so it has never been able to mend.

I get lot of pain in my lower traps and rhomboids, which has caused increased stress on my shoulders (rotator cuffs). After doing the pec dec and going very heavy on the bench press I then completely knackered my rotator cuffs.

So I have tried carry on training and put up with the pain, but at the end of my last PH cycle, my shouldr f*cked up again.

So I have now taken 8 weeks off the gym, having quite a few chiropractic sessions and now this is my first week back.

So it's more of a posture problem concerning your back?
Just out of interest, did you get a diagnosis from a doctor or specialist before you knew what action to take about your injuries?

I was sent to the hospital by my GP and after a few [physio treatment, the doctor declared there was nothing that they could do, gave me some anti-inflamitaries and discharged me!!

I did a very rough caliper test last night. It says my BF is 19-20% [:I]. Seems a bit high as I dont look at all fat really. It was a single point test though, so may be way off the mark.

I was going to go down the gym and do Legs and shoulders this lunchtime, but I think I will skip the shoulders and I have got terrible DOMS from my chest and back workouts, so I dont want to chance anything given the frailty of my back and shoulders at the moment. Its as bad as the ones I got when first starting. That will teach me to take time off.

I mentioned a couple of days ago that I was considering doing a mild course of 19Nordial. Well, I ordered it on Tuesday night from Mike at 1fast400.com along with some SAN Trib. I was very supprised when it arrived this morning!! Great service.

I have now decided that I will get back into training a bit more before I start the 19Nor. Probably leave it a couple of months.

Well, I rekon I lost about 3lb last week. Going to increase my Thermorexin dose to 4 a day from today.

Going to go down and do chest in a bit. My shoulders are feeling a bit dodgy, so I hope they hold out. I think I will keep the weights really light today. I will also be doing a few rotator cuff exercise first.
