Last week of cut - what to do?

Looking to manipulate my protein, fats, carbs and water levels to come in as cut as possible for the end of next week.

Could someone advise me of how to run the final weeks cut?

Currently:

8am            50g whey and 1 tablesppon of peanut butter
11am          5 eggs (cooked in micro)
2pm            50g whey and 1 tablesppon of peanut butter
5pm            5 eggs (cooked in micro)
8pm            200g chicken and 15g almonds
11pm          200g chicken and handful green salad

I thinking prolly as the week draws on, lower fats right down, increase water levels right up to around 6 litres a day until the 6th of the 7 days and stop drinking at about 4pm, just sips then on.

Veg levels will be very high in place of fats (perhaps 1kg of brocolli a day).  Then, when I go to bed 50ml of glycerine with 100ml of coke or the like.  Salt levels as low as possible.

Wake up, train hard and carb up on a few hundred grams of simple carbs to make the muscle fill and pop out?

Is this a good approximation?  How can/should I adjust it?

Don't know anything about water maipulation but i'd aim to hit 70% fat for the mon/tues then make the last 3 days pro/veg only but still take omega 3 caps and any others supps on these days as normal. Assuming your final carb up is on sat.

70% normal fat levels?  Easily done and then from Wed's Veg and protein only?  Easily done.

Water seems to be 6-8 litres a day for the week and then Friday at about 4pm stop water and sips from then on in.

Looking to do carb up Saturday morning for photo's as i'm going on hols Tues at 3.30am so don't want to be farting around on the Monday before I go maniuplating water and carbs

Speak to TIO on water manipulation, he was looking at doing it recently for a photoshoot. Whether he carried it out or not havn't a clue. Think you've got right idea tho. Not gonna be easy carbing up without water tho! But works well obviously.

70% fat as in 70% of total kcals coming from fat. Then drop fats out completely besides from supplements i.e omega 3 caps. The 3 day pro/veg advice is a bit of a guess mind on my part. I think this will be ok in that you should not loose any noticable mass in 3 days and won't be so long that your metabolism shirvels up and dies. 3 days might be too much i'm not sure, i'd see if you can research it a bit first, looking through journals and the like of people competing. But then if you look at PSMF diet i think that advocates 7-14 days something like that and that's pro/veg + omega 3's far as i know. Not that i support the PSMF diet besides for non bodybuilders and the genetic elite. But then i've never looked that far into it to be honest. Except on breifly on the forum a few times but i didn't see a bber in sight to be honest. I'm quite sure it can be done tho effectively just not sure on timings.

What would you recommend for fats for 70%?  Thats an awfully high figure looking at it

Protein down to 1g/lb of LBM and plenty of oils i guess.

EVOO over chicken and over greens.

    Fish oils.

Erm..that;s the only oils i use to be honest! I'm sure there's plenty other good ones out there. Try brazil nuts instead of almonds/peanut butter. Higher in fat and lower pro/carb. Just have to mess about with it. Get your protein then add fats until desired calorie level but choose fats highest in fat and lowest in pro/carb. That's where oils come in best use.

papa just out of interest, does your current diet you posted have enough calories in to maintain your muscle mass whilst cutting away at the fat? see there's hardly any fibre in there does it make you constipated?

not criticising, just curious as wondering if i could go on that exact same diet to obtain a cut look whilst retaining muscle mass.

    Current stats:
    6 foot; 14 stone

    Bench press: 8 x 115kg
    Squat: 8 x 120kg
    DB shoulder press: 8 x 36kg
