Last week of cut - what to do?
Looking to manipulate my protein, fats, carbs and water levels to come in as cut as possible for the end of next week.
Could someone advise me of how to run the final weeks cut?
8am 50g whey and 1 tablesppon of peanut butter
11am 5 eggs (cooked in micro)
2pm 50g whey and 1 tablesppon of peanut butter
5pm 5 eggs (cooked in micro)
8pm 200g chicken and 15g almonds
11pm 200g chicken and handful green salad
I thinking prolly as the week draws on, lower fats right down, increase water levels right up to around 6 litres a day until the 6th of the 7 days and stop drinking at about 4pm, just sips then on.
Veg levels will be very high in place of fats (perhaps 1kg of brocolli a day). Then, when I go to bed 50ml of glycerine with 100ml of coke or the like. Salt levels as low as possible.
Wake up, train hard and carb up on a few hundred grams of simple carbs to make the muscle fill and pop out?
Is this a good approximation? How can/should I adjust it?
