Your sound motivated so you'll be back on it in no time. Sometimes life does get in the way.
I've actually had the best year's training I've had for several years. I'm a heavy but far from cut 16+ stone with size like I had a few years ago. I plan to trim some of the fat off now as well as improving bodyweight exercises - I used to be good at these but I'm crap now for some reason!! Including dips, chins, finger tip press ups.
