Last years and this years training targets?

Not sure if this thread has been done already had a quick look but didn’t see one.
Last year was a very good for me for the most of the year anyway, i had met most of my goals and was starting to think about my next phase in training.  I had reached my lowest BF% for years.   Started to think about our honeymoon in may and how i wanted to be then.   Then October happened, i ended up working away for most of the month so i didn’t get down the gym.   I have a routine i use when i work away that helps, to be honest jam not sure how injured my shoulder if was doing my press up routine or whilst at working on site.  I tried to go down the gym when i had finished the period of working away, but the shoulder didn’t hold out.  So i rested it, during my time resting it i feel ill with a chest infection during November, in December had the usual christmas stuff to deal with and we moved house 2 weeks  before christmas.  Don’t know how we managed to fit everything that we needed to do, but we did.  Shame none of that was time at the gym or running and I don’t plan on or recommend moving before Crimbo!  So i have managed to miss the last 3 months of training, had a really poor diet for the whole of December and it shows all that good work last down the pan!
The new year training targets get diet back on track and get back to were i was in October.  Once i reached this point i shall re-think my training plan.  Hopefully not have any injury that puts me out for a long period.

Your sound motivated so you'll be back on it in no time.  Sometimes life does get in the way.
I've actually had the best year's training I've had for several years.  I'm a heavy but far from cut 16+ stone with size like I had a few years ago.  I plan to trim some of the fat off now as well as improving bodyweight exercises - I used to be good at these but I'm crap now for some reason!!  Including dips, chins, finger tip press ups.
