Crazy day yesterday, Mixture of tiredness and other crap seen me go off on one at my missus and accuse her of cheating on me. No idea why but I managed to convince myself she had. Was only later that night when she ripped me a new one that I realised just how fking stupid I had been which soon turned me into a fully apologetic creep.

Took 3g Vit C, Gaba, Creatine before I went bed last night and got a much better sleep. Feel pretty good today.
At the Gym I burned my usual 1000 cals then decided I would do 12 mins HIIT however I stopped this as soon as I seen my HR hit 193 for some reason I pooped myself despite feeling fine.

I'm going to assume ultra burn is pushing my HR up to 105 resting rate not sure if I should be worried though it is perking me up and making working out much easier. One thing I don't like though is the effect it has when having sex I get the same crap I got with Eph and doing the deed before you actually do the deed is annoying, but funny when the missus is not expecting it hahaha.  (Too much?)

Not 'too much' at all mate. Please elaborate, draw pics or indeed add vids if you like!

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

1500 cals burned on treadmill. Might try and do this daily now until the 20th so 2 days after final dnp tab. I feel fine could maybe up dnp dose but just gonna roll with what I'm doing now.

1 inch of waist so now 31inches. Wondering now just how much it will be when I've fully got rid of the flab.

Starting to think my wildcat T3 was under dosed as I took 50mcg of another brand today and heated up like a log fire. O can't see any t being the dnp as I had nothing to eat at all upon waking.

Went gym again did 2 hours on the treadmill was aiming for 2000 cals but gave up at 1700 only 100 away from the amount of cals I would need to eat in a coma.

Got back around 4pm and had some more nutrisport drink and just had 1st meal of the day which was 5 eggs with 2 slices o f bread I just have to dip my eggs lol.

Loving this ultraburn as it's giving me a great kick to do more while on dnp also not as hungry all the time.

12th day and I feel like utter crap. No energy to go gym, messed up sleep and a foggy head daily now. 6 days to go then all be over. Not sure I will bother with this again lol

I'm curious to see your results using the DNP and ultraburn etc. Do you think these products are worth it then? From a results point of view, do you think they've done much to your fat loss because the side effects sound grim.

They are worth it if you think it's worth it tbh. You eat a carb and you cook. It seems the longer I do this the more you cook if you eat a carb. Lost around an inch on waist, not sure on love handles or anywhere else as I'm not tracking it due to the results not showing until like 10 days after stopping dnp this is down to holding water only tracking scales was back upto 14st when I started now 13st 5lb
.
Ultra burn ramps my hr to 105 resting if I walk anywhere I'm hitting 130 easy. It's scary tbh but manageable. You eat a carb and you cook and if it's complex carb you cook for longer. The sides seem to have got worse as the days have gone by.

My sleep as been crappy so will take gaba again tonight with some zma and that should knock me out unless I have to go toilet in the middle f the night which is a regular thing. Can't sleep with quilt on and windows are fully open. Beds not ruined but pillows are saturated nightly from the heay leaving my head I defo need a fan at night on my head.

If I went higher on dnp I would stop the ultra burn. I do know I'll carry on using ultra burn after dnp use as it will work and you can work out longer on it great stim for working out tbh better than eph imo but then again eph does nothing for me anymore.

If you keep hydrated and eat some fruit you wont get the yellow dnp stains and fruit does help perk you up my fridge is full of apples and bananas haha.

Having to use viagra if I want sex and thats a chore as well infact it's daft you end up drenched and if you go on top you will bury ya other half in sweat and the ultra burn makes you cum like 30 secs before you actually get the feeling it's pretty fked up tbh have to rubber up don't want that crap in missus.

So in all I'm getting

Broken sleep sometimes less than 6 hours.
Headache (tabs clear it)
Foggy head
Leg cramps (potassium needed here)
Hunger pans
Heating up for hours if I eat carbs. ( find myself outside in shorts if missus as stuck heating on)
Sweating due to carbs and heat.

You can do light cardio and to get most out of dnp your best to do it along with a decent controlled diet.

I'm not considering these products to be honest, but I like to see feed back on them.

Like most drugs, the sides vary from user to the next, so I was interested if you think the sides were worth it and the actual results were beyond what you could get from a natural route, or an over the counter product deemed to be safer.

Again, this is not a dig or a flame, I'm just interested in this kind of thing.

Sidea are worth it if you want the quick fix of losing weight while doing nothing however as you said everyone reacts different to drugs. Personally would not recommend doing dnp or mixing it with ultra burn or anything else for that matter. I'm grumpy and very irritable as of this moment mainly down to tiredness so I have to avoid people, would also never do this if I was working I would be a zombie.

It would take longer to do it naturally and no other drug can compare to dnp stuff like t3/clen don't even come close to it and dnp seems to leave muscle alone from what I've read.

Don't worry about flaming me lol I was expecting it so if it happens it happens but as I'm someone who would rather experiment and learn about what stuff can do for me dnp was always on my radar to try and glad I lost loads before trying it tbh as I would have just abused dnp tbh through laziness I reckon.

I don't think dnp is as dangerous as people make out, if you use it in low dose and sensibly I can't see the issues it's when muppets start upping the dose to stupid levels that makes it dangerous so it's user inflicted. T3 can be just as dangerous same as alcohol if people abuse it.

So for me it's worth it so far according to scales I will know more around 7 days after cessation.

Weighed myself today and it's at 13st dead on

Drank loads yesterday had a right first on me was unreal. Toilet trips are now more frequent went a few days without dropping one which was weird until yesterday when I went 4 times

Sweating more and more now, seems longer it's going on the worse it's getting, Saturated the sofa where I sit and towels are being drenched daily from me just wiping myself down. Sitting in house with just shorts on wh8ile rest of family are all wrapped up and complaining it's cold so the heating goes on and I slide off outside to stay cool.

4 days left and can't wait to be done with it.

Last day of DNP yesterday. Had two days where I've ate some junk.

One thing I noticed was if I ate complex carbs like oats I would heat up for ages where as junk food it was not so bad. Very strange.
Now switching over to a keto diet until Christmas day where I won't worry too much about what I eat.

Not sure If I would run DNP for 18 days again at 250mg per day with Ultra burn alongside it. Nice being warm though in this cold weather.

My next goal now is to hit 12 st.

Still look bloated a bit. Will get some pics taken in a few days. Looks like I've lost some weight off stomach and love handles though. As of right now I have a major headache and feel worse than I did on dnp lol.

Thanks

Well after I came off dnp I've done nothing gym wise. Diet kinda gone out window due to this time of year. Seen myself out more than in so grabbing things on the go. Weight as of now is 13st 7lb I'm defo holding water. Funny thing is it don't look like I've gained anything at all.

Gonna see the new year in and then get back on track and will update this more then.

I have another dnp run planned for around mid jan will be a 30 day one though I intend to be more strict diet wise and training wise.

It's going to be a cracking year for me next year.

Well I think it's time to get back into a routine and start logging my journey again. Avoided the place due to some muppets stalking me and robbing my pictures off here and with them trying to make me look stupid though it backfired on them and I found out who these sad people where.

Weight wise I've gained a little, the main cause for concern is lack of routine something i never took care of when I lost my part time job so I need to get that sorted out.

Diet wise I will be back on Keto that I've used very well and it's an easy transition to make.

I hope everyone is well. Speak soon.

Typical how I restart this then lose my internet access no idea how I coped before without the internet oh yea I remember I was 15 lazy and just played on my Amiga all day after school and ate crap that my mother served me cause she can't cook well or was just lazy. It's in my genes then the laziness not the cooking lol.

Well back in Gym today and was good, Don't feel like I've pulled a muscle this time either. Love it when it's pretty much empty and I can just zone in and get it done with no waiting around.

Diet wise I've slowly broke myself back into it, Late nights I gotta stop as it's no good for me with the early mornings.

All back to basics from here. But feels good to be back on the path again.
