Had a good session today in the gym though felt light headed through most of it sticking that down to lack of sleep/energy.

I ordered some oats (Choc silk) from Protein works and I like to microwave them for a few mins as I like them lumpy and want to feel like I'm eating a meal rather then drinking it but the issue with the choc silk ones is after a few mins in the microwave they have a weird taste. Unlike the cherry bakewell/apple cin swirl which come out perfect so I think I'll have to have that as some sort of meal replacement instead.

Had this meal when I got back looks a mess right? lol

146g New potatoes
107g Tuna chunks
125g refried beans
146g broccoli
10g grated cheese

400 cals
39g carbs
45g protein
4g fat
13g fibre

Heaven in a bowl for me lol eating it again now haha.

Just got back from gym as it's cardio day for me. Did 30 mins of split sprints or Hiit no idea what to call it then raised the running machine to a incline and speed of 6 and did that for 30 mins.

Not sure if machine is broke but when checking heart rate it said I was hitting 180 after a sprint. Not sure if I should be worried lol.

Went Gym yesterday but had to take it easy and avoid tricep movement as for some reason I had sharp pains in my right tricep. Still had a good workout.

Just got back from Gym again today doing cardio did 20 mins hiit then 60 mins walking on a steep incline. Shattered now.

Typical days food.

Just browsing and thought I would say hi!

Good to see you're still going strong 😊
Really great progress, hope the Tricep is ok!

My diet (towards the end of college) went bad as in it consisted of oatcakes, dry bread and bananas lol!
Finished my course now though :-D
Been finished a week and lost 7lb already!

Note to self - A strong mind, positive thinking and dedication is the recipe to success in all areas..

Hey you. I went off the rails a bit at Christmas and after. But finally got my head back in the game. It's just one of those things we have to accept I suppose. The main thing is we are back on it. I'll assume you have passed anything needed then at College now?

Update for me: Rest day today. Been in the Gym last 4 days. Extra effort yesterday as took daughter to see new transformers so naturally we ended up ad maccys then eating crap at the cinema. Film was ok not much of a story line mind but action was as expected.

Few things in life starting to pick up now and I'm feeling mentally better. Still on Test enth 250 per week and have been for over a year now. Not sure I will ever stop that as it's made a massive difference to my life and I'm far more happier and pleasant. Might look to run another tren course soon but make the most of it this time.

Back in the gym tomorrow and can't wait.

Ooops not updated this in a week.

Been going Gym like it's my religion so all is good there. Doing daily hiit in short bursts and around 13-20 mins. Harder to do after lifting weights.

Diets been ok. Thought going Cinema one night last week changed that as I had a nice McDonalds and some other junk that night. Life's fantastic and what a wonderful day we are having this weather is wonderful.

**** me this brings back some memories. Might actually have to reboot it if I can find the time.

Changed my life around and became a HGV driver. Got lazy again and went back up to 17st then got hit with Type 2 diabetes last year. Lost my dad a few weeks back.

Ah the Joy's.

Lol... looks like you already rebooted back in January.... 2016!

Sorry to hear about your dad mate. Hard time for anyone.

Getting back into training can be a way of keeping your mind off things and might help the health issues too.

Best of luck either way.

Rebooted it but never used it Haha then went off on truck driving and never really had the time to sort myself out.

Going gym has defo helped with dealing with the loss that's for sure.

Thanks
