Nothing like your own :) I have a lemond rev master in bright yellow love the thing! Wish the seat was a bit more comfy but suppose its not meant to be comfy lol!

Well done at enroling at the gym tho! And don't worry if fyou can't lift that heavy yet- it will come! Just focus on the form for now, ultimately that's what's gonna build you thick lean muscle if you do it right, too much weight and bad form will just give injuries and stall muscle growth!

Enjoy subway and superman lol, can get tips off him for that leg extension machine lol!

And oh no :( 1kg is a good few protein shakes you not know anyone near you that you could sell it to? Lol x

Note to self - A strong mind, positive thinking and dedication is the recipe to success in all areas..

If you can collect it you can have it, seriously it's the worst tasting shake I've ever had and some here love it. Baffling me lol.

Lol its rank haha. Seems very dry to me despite adding more water to it. I love jaffa cakes and being an ex junk eater they are dynamite hahaha. Might have to mix it with another to aid its taste.

Just got back from Man of steel myself, IMAX 3D.

WOW. Not sure how the film would stack up in 2d or in a normal screen but bloody hell its impressive in imax.

Really like it, not as dark as nolans Batman of course but a good film none the less.

What isnt so good is that I had a few sweets, took a bit of insulin in the cinema, thought nothing of it.

Get home......Blood is 18 :-/ that is higher than when I was admitted to hospital. Bit panicked. Took another 3 units just before and now have to wait to see what happens...did I take to much? Hypo? Or not enough and im causing damage to myself.

Can't afford these little lapses!

I think if its been a long while out of the gym it will take a good few weeks to get back to it, just take it easy mate can be very prone to injurys in this section of the comeback. I have a lovely shoulder impingement from years ago doing much the same. :-)

Fk me aching like a mofo when I woke up, took me ages to sleep had to neck Nytol no idea why I'm now struggling to sleep even when shattered

Just did my cardio which felt easy enough and seems to have loosened me up a bit.  Was soooo good eating a subway last night and some crap in the cinema, Been toilet more times in last 15 hours then I have in the last 6 weeks I actually feel lighter lol.

Man Of Steel was a really good film but can see why people hate the up close fight scenes.

@Abi I will try and mix something with it but now holding out much hope.

@I am Myth sounds like ya had a good panic, how you feeling today?

Decided I will lift light for a few weeks to help me get back into the swing of things but on the leg press I will go for heavy cause I know I can do it and I don't get the aches in my tree trunks, It's mainly my top half that's aching lol.

Also gonna chuck an AI in for a few weeks as I'm certain I am carrying a fair few lbs of water as my weight as not shifted in 3 weeks now, Yet I can see changes but defo know I'm holding water despite how much I drink which is like 3-4ltrs a day currently

AI may help mate, also watch your salt intake maybe? Seems fine the amount of water your drinking though.

Could you maybe have a bit of test flu? I know in the past I have suffered occasionally at the start of a cycle.

Days have been better :-) Feel like I can't learn fast enough right now. Just over eager I guess to get everything perfect diet/training/insulin etc when these things take time and trial and error.

I slap table salt on my eggs but that's bare minimum tbh though DP diet is full of sodium according to myfitnesspal or whatever it's called. Got some Letro that should dry me out well lol.

Never heard of test flu  lol I best go google that.

Getting eager to get things done correctly will see some fk ups along the way, at least you are doing something about it you just need to take the rough with the smooth, one small step and all that jazz. I still got a cookie and two packs of wasabi nuts I never ate last night, just staring at me everytime I open the cupboard so I've had to move things around to avoid that place so tempted to just eat it hahaha.

Its more anecdotal evidence than any hard proof to be honest, some people just feel a bit crap when starting on a much higer dose of test than the body produces.

Ive had it a few times in the past.

100% not to do with the injection protocol ie where you pin, a few very very small air bubbles are fine. But you should tap the barell and expell all the air you can before injection.

I just had to do my 4ml in the glute of my trt dose, my ass is sore today! :-)
Well when I say me, I mean my star of a girlfriend, I just cant reach round far enough to do it myself.

Ok I think that is enough inuendo for one post :-)

Could sleep at all last night, Aching muscles in arms and legs all from Monday  was due to go gym today and lift but decided against it mainly cause I'm aching but more so because it was around 6am when I finally went sleep after popping a Nytol. I really do not want to rely on Nytol to get sleep. I've been reading about and a lot of people have said they struggled to sleep on test e and when they took an AI to shift excess water they found it easier to get some sleep so I will try to shift any I have and see how I go.

Done 40 mins cardio average HR 111 was a good session, warmed me up and muscles not aching so much as of now. Hoping the pain as gone 2moro so I can go back and lift again.
