Leading the pack (Jax's Journal)
Decided to add a journal to this site to help me track my progress on what I am doing. Will cut to the chase just in case anyone decides to knock me or whatever I don't mind fully prepared to get some complaints regarding what I do and how I am going about it.
Note: The following post may be long winded.
Target - Weight loss, finding my old self.
Age - 33
(Note:Not going to post other stats but I will add them over time with pictures of progress)
Past - Dabbled in a few things like ECA, T3, Clen, Anavar when cutting before but never done anything like the below before so it doesn't matter how much I read and take in every day I will always be learning more and I will never ever be able to justify my reasons for doing this so I won't bother trying.
Suffered depression which I firmly believe was down to my excessive use of Eph however I can't rule out other things like losing my job, landlords deciding to sell the house we was renting while I had no job or income and missus was pregnant no idea how I never popped during all that crap but when it hit me it was mad but over that now and what doesn't kill me will only make me stronger I suppose.
Diet - I have choose to do the below. Just currently over 6 weeks on this. Started 24th April
Dave Palumbo Keto 250lb+ male
Meal #1: 6 whole (Omega-3) eggs.
Meal #2: 8oz chicken with ½ cup raw almonds.
Meal #3: 50g whey protein with 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter.
Meal #4: 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil.
Meal #5: same as meal #3.
Meal #6: 6 whole (Omega-3) eggs. Supps - Omega 3,6,9 1200mg Tab - 3 Per day Primrose Oil tabs 1000mg - 3 Per day Hawthorn Berry 565MG - 2 tabs per day
CLA - 3 per day
Multi Vitality Pro - 1 Per day
Pre - Training - 30-45 Mins before AM cardio -
Thermopro (TPW) - 2 x Tabs (300mg Caffeine)
My whey Protein is from The Protein Works, I have the following flavours in 1KG bags so I don't get bored.
Rhubarb and Custard (Lush but sickly)
Banana Smooth (Very smooth and tasty)
Choc/Mint (Needs more mint)
Choc/Cherry (I could try and live on this stuff it's amazing in whey 80 and 90)
Cherry Bakewell (Just as good as the Choc/Cherry)
Jaffa Cake (Weird after taste unless it's me being in Keto lol, not something I could have more than once a day though)
I added cardio into the program on the 17th May - 7 days a week - 40-50 Mins per day AM and before food. On the odd occasion I've added in an extra 30 mins cardio at night when I've just felt bored. I felt adding this in later would help me adjust to the DP diet better.
Not sure if I can count this as cardio but I take my big Neo for a walk eod, Got two big massive parks near me which he loves dragging me around. Here he is hope pic is not too big lol
Going to join a gym near me this week and I expect to start using weights on sometime before Wed 12th May.
Added stuff to aid me.
Start date - May 30th
T3 - 50mg Daily (Split dose AM/PM)
Anavar 40mg Daily (Split dose 20mg AM/PM)
Start date - 7th May - Primoteston Depot (Iranian Aburaihan) (Enanthate) - Weekly for 16-20 weeks, Will evaluate after week 11.
I have on the side - if needed early.
Will keep an eye for any Gyno and add the above in if needed, Was actually thinking of just running 12.5mg of Aromasin daily anyway as precaution better to be safe than sorry.
PCT will start 2 weeks after last injection, Anavar will be carried on after last injection up until PCT time.
T3 will be cut to 25 mg daily for 2 weeks then I expect to come off it and evaluate everything I have done good or bad, Every day is a learning curve this is not something I am taking for granted.
Another interesting thing I have been reading up on is leangains and people who do fasting. The benefits seem to be very good and infact I might try doing the DP diet in a set time window and fast for 16 hours will just depend on how I feel. Being bit of a guinea pig here.
It's a mental challenge but something I know I can do.
