Lean Dreams - anyone used it?

Just a quick question as to if anyone has used Lean Dreams by ALRI?

I'm after something to help me loose the last stubborn 3 or 4% fat to get me down to 10% Bodyfat. I'm thinking of Atro Phex or Venom v3, but if Lean Dreams works I could try that.

Any one any experience of it?

your training and diet arent up to scratch perhaps

plenty of people can get to 10% without the aid of thermogenics

edit, just seen your pics in the journal, i think you need to add some muscle mate, youre gonna find it very hard to cut with the level of lean tissue you have currently

Used this when it first came out... Loved it!

Was using a stimulant throughout the day though - Low carbs... Killer

For me it has had the same effect as melatonin without the groggy feeling in the morning.

To be honest I don't think it helps v.much for fat loss but I loved it simply for the deep sleep, and I noticed recovery was much faster due to that.

    Ta for the comments fellas.

Iopen - I was hoping to get down to 10% bf as a kinda base and then concentrate on bulking up after that. Would you do it the other way round? And since I'm a newbie - how do you mean I'll find it hard to cut with my (lack of) muscle mass? Do you mean cos I lack in muscle my metabolism won't be upto much?

I think my diet and training are up to scratch - but I think your right - i'm always looking to improve so I'll head over the the diet/training forums for some critques :)
