Lean mass cycle?

Lean mass cycle?

week 1-5 d-bol 35 mg each day
week 1-10 test enan. 500 mg a week
week 1-10 deac 400 mg a week
what to take pct,for testicles size,gyno,acne and bloat,and what quantity??

by eating lean,should i expect to look more shape with this cycle,am i going to gain lean mass and lose a luittle bit of fat?

    your going to do what many call 'a classic bulking cycle' and eat lean trying to cut a bit of fat?

    either:
    a:bulk
    b:cut

    dont try and do both at the same time

    chriss,what i mean is,if i eat lean,i wont gain much fat?of course i'm not trying to cut and bulk at the same time if it would work everybody would do it all year round

    You will get considerable water retention with that cycle. Hardly lean mass.

    What you mean is lean calories.

    In order to ensure your body has enough of what it needs to grow you should consume enough lean calories, especially high protein. However unless your very intouch with your bodys need in terms of diet requirements many people envitably end up eating more calories than needed, to ensure they make the most of their cycle, and therefore gain weight, regardless of how clean their diet is.

    However not enough calories equals no growth, so you can see why many opt to ensure that they eat more than they would normally even when bulking.

    Despite the fact that your on cycle, does not mean you cannot continue with cardio.

    Chriss is basically right in what he is saying.
    You have to decide whether to bulk or cut. 19% BF is quite high btw.

    When bulking it is all about the calories so eating clean is kinda defeating the object.
    Give it a try if this is what you are set on but dont be too concerned about eating clean.
    Your lean mass gains willl come after PCT and yes you will lose some fat.

    PCT 60mg nolvadex days 1-10
    40mg nolvadex days 11-20

    tescticles size - live with it!!!

    gyno have nolvadex ready but only use it if you get gyno, otherwise save for pct

    bloat proviron at 25mg per day

    acne is a tough one, have some panoxyl cream and apply it daily if acne shows, you can buy it over the counter
