Lean out Plan?
If i want to lean out... will eating like this work?
Breakfast: Cottage Cheese w/ pinch of almonds and 1/2 cup Hi Low low carb ceral
Snack: Organic Grainless Herb crackers
Lunch: Saladw/ 1 hardboiled egg, cottage cheese, lettuce, No croutons, sun flower seeds
Snack: 1/2 protein bar
Dinner: Steak, cchiken, fish, some sort of protein with some sort of vegetable
Dessert: 1 peice of low carb chocolte
I am 5'3 125-128 lbs. Female
Do olympic weight lifing 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week/ Abdominals
