Leg press, who much do you do?

just done my leg session

used the hammer strength leg press (i.e plate loading)
finished on 420kg for 8 reps. went to 90 degree at the knee.
What do you reckon is this good, i weigh 93kg.

Watched Ronnie Coleman do over 1000kg on you tube so i've got a bit to do!

depends how the leg press is set up. mine is a 70 degree angle, i could do twenty eight plates for 6 reps (560kg), but it is all relative to the machine and angle...

Yeah various machines feel very different. On an old leg press I could piss 10 reps at 400 kg but on the one I'm using now 350 for 6 or so.I seem to get groin pain if I go too heavy on the leg press for some reason. There was a bloke down the gym giving it the big un that he could do a crazy weight and then when you watch him he dropped the weight a full 3 or 4 inches.
