Legal fat burner that actually works?

I know that diet/cardio first and formost will help you burn fat, just looking for any decent fat burners to add on top of that?

Cinnamon. True story. Loads of research to suggest it really helps in shifting belly fat in people who have become insulin resistant.

Lots that cumulatively may boost that extra 0.1%

This is my go to guide if I have any questions on my supplements, so check out the fat loss page

0.1%? Surely they gotta be better than that?

im not sure if the 0.1% is just to show how minimal the difference is but if your diet and cardio is spot on then with/without the fat burner you wont notice any mirror difference.

what i've found that they can do well is help to reduce appetite, warrior blaze i've heard good things about in this department.

depending on how much you are looking to loose id go for at least 2/3 weeks without introducing any fat burners. then if you find the appetite is getting out of control and your not sticking to it then i might look at pulling some in.

Sorry yes, not actually 0.1%, but just an arbitrary figure plucked to demonstrate the small effect they may have. I believe they will help, and have a combined cumulative effect (i.e. use several different ones), but a small amount conpared to the basic essential blocks of diet/exercise

It's a pipe dream.  Getting an appetite suppressant is about the best you can hope for.  But if hunger is not an issue then that would be a waste as well.   Fat "burners" are the biggest con in the health and fitness industry.

That and STC protein!

Just about everything that really works for fat loss is illegal. Even most illegal ones don't work that well (everyone thinks clen is some magical fat loss pill but it's really not). Legal ones are mostly just mild stims to give you more energy to train, if you don't take advantage of their effect to actually train harder the only thing they'll slim down is your wallet.

The only thing out there that is a real "fat burner" is DNP, in the sense that it's the only thing (that I know of) that you can pop a pill, sit on the couch and still lose fat. Pretty hardcore stuff though, not something I recommend people casually try out. T3's decent too but expensive and pointless to use without anabolics, you'll lose all your muscle too.
