Legs?

Hey guys. Just started doing a load of cardio. Do mostly cycling and starting to pick up running.

My question is, is it ok to train legs, even when I've been out earlier doing some cardio to the extent my legs are like jelly?

Normally I would do cardio on a weight day, let alone leg day, unless it was just some gentle fat burning, but my car is off the road at the moment so I'm cycle to work and back. 7 miles of gruling hills, BOTH WAYS!

I love doing my squats, but need to keep the cycling up

You'll get used to it gradualy but as you know it's always best to train legs nice a fresh. Given that you have to cycle just try and do what you can when you can. Go for the core exercises and don;t waste too much energy on other isolation type movements.
