Lets Do the Twist!

Alrite guys! I was wondering if anyone can help me. now and again after i've worked out, usually with either heavy Overhead Presses or Squats i get a Pain in my Back, At the top of my Spinal Erectors and bottom of my Lats, But It ONLY Hurts when i Twist, even if it's slighly and hurts just turning around or a slight lean to the side. If it's that that part of my back is weak compared to the rest, What Excercises would you reccamend for strengthening it. Or is it that i'm Over Arching my Back on those exercises? Well thanks for any help you can give. [B)]

You could be over arching your back on the over head presses, do you have tight lats?

Not sepecially. I think it could be a factor tho, i've got very inflexible ankles and long legs, so when i squat i feel i may compensate by over arching my back maybe, to get deep or atleast as close to parrellel as possible.
