Liberty Gym Nottingham

Do you have to have an Induction at the gym and also is it the best gym in Nottingham, I hear good things. :)

Meant to be a very good gym, definately one of best 'proper' gyms in the city centre.

I'm thinking you might be a student looking towards september/october?

If you are get into liberty's early and sign up as a student. If I remember correctly they give a discounted price to the first X number of students that sign up.

I train there, very good gym...well equipped.

If your not put of by loads of large black guys strutting round like they own the place then it's good.

Good atmosphere also got a Cage, Boxing Ring and about 20 Punch/Kick Bags aswell as matted area for rolling etc

    No induction needed.

    hope this helps

Have you tried contacting the gym to see what their policy about inductions is? Every commercial gym where I've been a member of (with the exception of 1 day/week trials) I've needed an induction, albeit a basic H&S one.

They didn't give inductions, me and my mate just went down and said can we become members and that was that

Free Weights Rack is masisve mate, DB from 2.5kg-100kg

2 sets of DB for each weight up to 60kg? then one set up to 100kg

increments of 2.5kg up to 50/60kg? then 5kg increase after that

you moving here for Uni then?

Personally, best one I trained at was Castle Gym.  About 5 mins walk from Nottingham Castle.  Really good.
