I don't think I drink all that much.
I have about 0.5L when I wake up; another 0.5 with a pre-workout and about 1 litre that I drink during and post - that seems to set me peeing all afternoon (about 5 or 6 times in a couple of hours). Surely just over 2.0L isn't that much?!?
Though I guess if I'm going lots and it's clear every time then it's safe to cut some out.
