Lifting Question

OK i lift every other day
Mon, wed, fri etc

I usally do 2x sets
example: curl 10x at say 50 pounds than 8x at 60

My questions is , is it better do start out at low set, as above curl 50 pounds, 10x times than on my 2nd go, curl 60 pounds 8 times

or would it be better to lift say 60 pounds 10x times and than 50 pounds 8x times

Personally i like to start at the higher weight/reps, then up the weight as i lower the reps.

For example, here's my EZ bar curling from my last bicep workout...

    10 reps with 50.5kg
    8 reps with 53kg
    6 reps with 53kg

    Define better?

Apart from warm up sets why not just keep the weight the same for all the sets?

well in my mind i thought that it would be better to start low to warm up and than go higher

figured instead of just lifting the same weight for diff reps why not add some weight after warm up workout
was thinking it would help build more,a nd lift more
