Limited Time to Train
I have limited time at the moment to train and have negleceted my training of late due to work and my new baby daughter.
I have a fully equipped gym at home in my garage so travelling the gym isnt a problem.
I,m considering the following rouitine
either ToxicToffees 5 day - 20 minute compound routine
Monday Flat bench barbell bench press
Incline dumbbell press
Tuesday Weighted chins
Bent over rows
Thursday Military presses
Dumbbell shoulder Press
Stiff legged deadlifts
Or this 2 day per week (by Toxic again)
â€¢ Flat Bench Press Barbell 3 x 8 repetitions
â€¢ Weighted Chin Ups (overhand) 3 x 8 repetitions
â€¢ Barbell Squats 3 x 8 repetitions
â€¢ Standing Military Press Barbell 3 x 8 repetitions
â€¢ SLDL 3 x 3 x 8 repetitions
â€¢ Deadlifts 3 x 8 repetitions
â€¢ Weighted wide dips 3 x 8 repetitions
â€¢ Bent Over BB row 3 x 8 repetitions
â€¢ DB lunges 3 x 8 repetitions
â€¢ Standing bicep curl 3 x 8 repetitions
Which would you suggest is the better routine and do you have any suggestions ?
