Liquid Egg Whites

I just found Liquid Egg Whites on Eggwhitesint.com. They state you can drink them raw or add them to a shake or cook them and that they last 6 to 8 months in the refridgerator but say to consume them in 3 to 4 to ensure the best quality....has anyone had these before? Would you drink them raw? Please add some opinions, thank you

They are fine to drink 'raw' as they are pasteurised.

    Hi,

Thinking about getting some liquid egg whites to replace fried egg whites, are they a good substitue, also how do you go about measuring out the equivalent portion size ie how due you know what 5 fried egg whites are in the liquid form.

PS does it taste any good?

    Cheers

One egg white is about 30ml. They don't really taste of anything.

The place I am getting it from gives you a pump for the bottle and tells you the what 1 pump equals....its like 1.25 egg whites or 1 whole egg per pump so 5 pumps is a 5 egg omelette for example
