Little help on the diet please.

As the title suggests I am looking for a little guidance to make some tweaks to my current diet. I am 5ft 8in currently 15st 10lbs as of this morning. Looking to compete in August in a natty show, I have lost 15lbs to date then put 3lb over Christmas (some of this will be water weight).

Any hints or tips will be good. I would like to add that I am looking to drop chicken put of a meal and get some fish in there too.

If the diets working, I don't see a need to change it?

Fish will work well at lunch or dinner in your plan. Not sure I would out Fage and honey on it though.

As an observation, where are the greens and the fruits? Eating that plan day after day will be very bland, very quickly.

Sorry bud didn't write it in, I habe brocolli with the chicken meals.

Don't eat much fruit so need to add some in.

The Fage is a high protein 0% fat yogurt. Easy to grab in the morning as I can't cook, eat and clean everything in time to get out for work.

Yes I know Fage. That is a prime opportunity to chuck some berries in breakfast.

Regardless, just broccoli? It still doesn't satisfy a particularly balanced diet for me

This... So many decent veggies out there you can add in!

Spinach, sprouts, cauliflower, okra, asparagus, cabbage, green beans to name a few...

More fruit & veg, less snacking.
