Little training montage.

Bored so back again with some recent lifts. For me the vid only seems to work on youtube at 480p or 780p.

Re clean - you're only moving forward to receive the bar because the weight started too close to your toes. Drive the heels in and consciously try to move your shins out of the way of the bar on your pull from the ground, by doing this the hamstrings and glutes will do most of the work and keep the bar back. Grazes on the shin will tell you if it's close enough. Good depth on the bottom of your front squat though, there is so much more in the tank, great work.

Cracking little vid that Jack. I think you must be in the top 3 of members who have made significant progress in your time on MT. From the early days when you started out a bit of a biceptz boy, getting into trouble at house parties, to the solid lifter you are now - massive respect for how far you've come and also for how much potential you've still got.

The music clearly needed to be from Rocky IV though.
I did have to laugh when the guy filming said 'Get under it bruv'.

Cheers lads. LMC being a bicep boy is an important part of any lifters career.

Ab roller is like £7 from Argos.

Thumper - You an Oly lifter? I see you posting in all the Oly lifting topics. What other forums do you use? Need to get a good one for some online coaching.

Some superb lifting there jack.  Let me know if you find some good materials regarding cleaning technique - it's a major weak point for me.

Jack5r - try this website; it's very good for resources if you can't join a club. Greg Everett, Aimee Anaya-Everett, Glenn Pendlay and some top lifters use the forum and will happily critique your lifts if you're looking for help.
