Liv 52??

Hi all,
Just wondered if LIV 52 is ok to take if you are on a high protein diet and train regulaly. would it be of any benefit?
or is it just for people who need extra liver & kidney support that may be on hormonal products?

liv 52 wouldnt protect your kidneys from a high protein diet, nor would your liver be harmed by a high protein diet.
