I don't on shoulder press but I tend to on working sets on bench.

My delts are s*ite so I have been going for continous tension more and a real burn.

All the things I say are what I have done and what I have found instead of what i have read.

Sorry to hijack abit but its on topic and I was just wondering should you lock out for squats as well? or does it put unnecessary strain on your knees? which im worried about because i've had trouble with them last year.

[or does it put unnecessary strain on your knees?/quote]

I would suggest that not loccing out on the squat may put more strain on the knees.
