Locust and Ratboy's 6 Months till pre-comp journal - pics now up

Edit this is now a joint journal withmy training partner Ratboy, he has decided to compete and hopefully do the same show as me in the classics, he has a great physique as you will see and excellent genetics..

he will be chipping in his own thoughts in the journal, a brilliant addaition !!

Fire away bro !!!

Hi all, i thought id throw up a new journal for my gains till my next show.

Ive decided ill be doing the 2 london shows which are ukbff and nabba in may 2010,

This gives me excalty 6 months from Aug 1 till i start my diet on Feb 1 2010..

When i spoke with james about how i looked after the anglian we was both very happy and james said if i could put on another 7-8lb id look very good in the same condition, so thats my aim for the next 6 months.

A little update since my last journal, had a good rebound and im currently sitting about 13st 2-3lb and pretty lean, obviously put on a bit of fat and water but nothing major.

Im coming off cycle now, using a test taper pct, if anyone is intrested ill post the details..

So ill be aas free for a bit.

Im using Ghrp-6 @ 100mch x 3pd then im gonna switch to 50mcg cjc & 100 GHRP-6 x 3 pd.
i wanted to try the the ghrp on it own then with the cjc to see any difference.

Supplements
Using gaspari superpump @ 2 scoops before training and 1 scoop in the morning on off days.
Glutamine on waking and before bed.
Bodtronics whey
Optimum Nutrition Gold standard isolate pwo.

Im gonna be trying out a fewe proteins over the next few months too, to see how they are.

    Training

Just using a nice push pull legs routine at the moment.

    Reps between 6-10 pretty heavy,

im doinf cardio 7 mornings a week for 45 mins aswell, eek.
low intensity, my gf likes doing it, and its keeping the fat off well, and i enjoy it too.
Im prob gonna lower the sessions to 40 mins, as ill see how my weight pans out in the next few weeks, if im not gaining ill lower cardio.

Ive never bulked with cardio before so this is new to me. hopefully it will keep me at the bf im at now, which is very low concidering i was this weight starting my prep last time, so im very happy.

ill put a few pics up soon, and more on my training.

Good to hear that you are back on track for the next show.
Were in london is the show? as i may be able to get to this one , as thats were i come from.
I have been running GHRP at 150mcg 3x pd for about 4 weeks now and found i was eating more and feeling more hungry to start with. I have also lost some fat aroound my side nothing big as yet,but as you are doing i wanted to see what GHRP on its own was like ,it just that the cjc is double the price of GHRP for me.
Found the IGF worked better this time round and will be using it again soon.
All the best with the shows Daz

This is my routine for the moment

    Monday - Pull
    Deadlifts - 4 sets x 6 reps
    Barbell rows - 3 sets x 6 - 10 reps
    Weighted pullups - 3 sets x 6 - 10 reps
    Barbell curls - 3 sets x 6 - 10 reps

    Wednesday - Legs
Warm up leg extention x 4 sets
    Squats - 4 sets x 6 - 10 reps
    Hack squat - 3 sets x 6 - 10 reps
    SLDL - 3 sets x 6 - 10 reps
    Standing calf raises - 3 sets x 6 - 10 reps

    Friday - Push
    Flat bench press - 4 sets x 6 - 10 reps
    Incline bench press - 3 sets x 6 - 10 reps
    Military press - 4 sets x 6 - 10 reps
    Dips - 3 sets x 6 - 10 reps

is a simple heavy routine, i switch excercises every 4 weeks, like incline barbell to incline dumbells etc
and rotate squats and leg press.

i dont train abs, and cardio is 7 mornings a week @ 45 mins low intensity !!
not by my choice by my gfs as she likes it. :(
