London Triathlon 09

...13,000 athletes racing this weekend in the docks.  I'll be chasing a PB on Sunday lunchtime -- anyone else racing?

Andy - I had intended to, but my bike and wetsuit (amongst other things!) got nicked a few weeks back :/ Best of luck to you, it's a crowded swim start!

Good - but slow!  The swim was grand, nothing too fighty and no floaters.  The bike was hilarious fun, like playing Wipeout for real, all ramps and twisty and tunnels.  And then the run was a horrible, shocking death march.  3:11, well down my field, punished for trying to blag the run!  :)

Good stuff! It's all a learning experience even if it's not your first and not what you were aiming for.

    When is your next one?
