Looking for an alternitive:

I am looking for some different suggestions for some of my meals through the day. I want about the same fat, protien, carbs, you know all the essentials to be the same or close to it.

I currently have for my major meals:

3 hard boiled eggs
1 fruit or 1 glass of juice
2 cups of oatmeal
2 GNC vitamins
1 fish oil capsul
and milk 1%

2 cans of tuna with fat free mayo or straight out of the can
2 pieces of wheat bread or rye
1 can green veg
milk 1%
2 boiled eggs

4-6 oz of chicken grilled usually
2 cups of rice brown-or-wild-or-white
2 cups of veg
milk 1%
1 fruit or glass of juice
sugar free jell-o I'm a diabetic type 1 insulin dependent by the way

Any suggestions will help and if anyone can maybe a nice granola bar recipe

    Grilled breast or lean steak
    grilled red bell peppers, onions , fresh mushrooms & squash
    whole wheat pasta
    slice of toasted wheat bread on the side.
    serv breast and veggies over pasta with a squeez of lime juice over the top. UMMM UMMM GOOD
