Looking for guidance with my bulking diet
I've been eating the following recently and progress has slowed right down. I was just hoping that someone on here could advise me how to tweek the diet to start gaining again, or because I'm looking to get really serious with both training and my diet do you feel it would be worth me working with a diet specialist?
*EDIT - I try not to eat dairy as I seem to break out with spots so please don't recomend any dairy product for meal 1 & 6*
Stats - age:16 height:5ft8 weight:138lb's
Breakfast - between 7.30 and 8.00 - 100g porridge oats & 1 packet of raisins (Any suggestions for a suitable, quick protein source for this meal?)
Meal 2 - 10.00 - 1 baked potato, 3 large egg whites, approx 50g of lettuce, 1 red apple and a handfull of mixed nuts
Meal 3 - 12.00 - 125g of turkey breast steaks, 65g of brown rice, white cabbage, carrots and 1 tub of organic yogurt
meal 4 - 15.00 - 1 tin of tuna in spring water, 75g of wholemeal pasta and some olive oil
*Workout around 4.00/4.30*
meal 5 - 18.00 - Lean red meat or more turkey breast, 1 baked sweet spud, broccoli
meal 6 - 20.30 - 2 slices of wholemeal bread and 2 slices of ham or chicken breast (Packeged meat here for quickness) - Looking for more ideas for this meal aswell as meal 1
Bed - 9.45
Also would you recomend preparing meals in advance? And would any meals here not be suitable to store for a few days?
