Looking for ideas of what to put into unflavoured protein?

I have just tried some unflavoured protein with options chocolate, it was Brill!!!!

I now can't decide which protein to go for, I thinking of either using Bulk Powders isolate 5kg or trying The Whey Consortium for there WPC 80.
Anyone tried these, or got any idea as to what has the best protein?

Now I'm probably the very last person to be giving nutritional advice, but Options (and other instant hot 'chocolate' drinks of its ilk are choc (if you'll pardon the pun) full of nasties. Why would you want to be adding something unnatural to your whey? The jury's still out on whether aspartame has ill-effects or not (it doesn't agree with me, so I avoid it). MP uses Sucralose in their flavourings because it is at least derived from sugar.

Unless someone who knows what they're talking about (i.e. NOT me) can tell me why it's a Bad Idea, why not use cocoa? It's pure, 100% natural, and is the same calorie-wise per 100g as Options chocolate. If you went for one of the other flavours then you're looking at 25% more calories.

If it was me, I'd add 10g cocoa and, if I found that too bitter, a level teaspoon of Splenda (which is sucralose).

But, like I say, DO NOT TAKE DIETARY ADVICE FROM ME!! As someone who knows what they're on about. I'm just trying to help (but am probably not).

Aspartame in the small quantities present will not cause harm.  I've been using it for years - I'm not about to die (which is what some internet sited would have you believe).  The key is moderation

i agree, nothing wrong with instant hot chocolate etc, theres tiny amounts of 'nasties' in there, which arnt all that bad. Plus there great for flavouring unflavoured whey and cottage cheese!!!

Anyone got any more ideas of how to put some flavour into unflavored protein, since the options choice is not meant to be good for you!
