Looking for info on WHEN to take HGH
I am just about to start my first course of HGH and am looking for some advice concerning when to take it as i have heard several differant times from differant people.
some say 1st thing in the morning others at night and ive allso been told before i train.
Anyways im posting up my Training and eating routine monday to friday and would be glad for your thoughts and suggestions of when i would be best to take it.
7AM wake up have an omlete take CNP Pro ameiga and Pro Vital
8AM 2 mile run
9AM Snack of Fruit vegtibles and pro-peptide drink
10AM 1st work out consisting of Bagwork, excersise curcit, sparring and wieght curcit
11.30AM Dinner of Oily fish (normally tuna) Vegtibles handfull of pasta or a small baked potato and a slice of cheese
2PM Snack of Blueberrys, Hazelnutts and other fruit
5PM Tea of Chicken Breast (or steak 1ce a week) with vegtibles and a slice of cheese
6PM 2nd training session Including Intense Focus Pads, plyometric sprints and curcits, wieghts, sparring, skipping etc and once a week its all replaced by Swimming.
8PM Snack of Fruit and CNP-Pro Recover.
AS you can see my daily week day is pretty hectic and im not sure on when to take the HGH wich im using to help lower my wieght. the brand is Hygertropin, and im planning on taking 2IU's perday 5 times a week.
