OK, I will stay lifting heavy and clean up diet. I have already started uping my cardio adding in a boxing class twice a week and hope to start swimming soon if it ever warms up (new york).
Ive been on the tony stark 4 day split for around 8 weeks now. Should I change the routine up? Do you know of any specific 4 day splits available on the message board that you have persoanlly or heard give good results?
