Looking for muscle maintenance program...have been on Tony Starks 4 day split..HELP PLEASE

Hi All, I am looking for a muscle maintenance program that will allow me to shed a little body fat. I have been on Tony Starks 4 day split that is listed in the forum as a sticky. I have seen some good gains and would like to keep them and try to get a little more defined.
I have heard some contradicting opions, like you should continue to lift heavy but just ramp up cardio and stricter diet. Or should be it be more HIT workout .
Please give your opinion and if anyone has a specific workout they thing is good for my goals I would really appreciate it

Thanks

I see no reason whatsoever to change your weights routine when cutting. Whether you're cutting or bulking will be determined by your diet and your diet alone. I would certainly continue to lift heavy, you gained your muscle this way so it makes sense that it should also be the best way to maintain it.

As CK said keep your routine as it is if youre gaining well from it, just up the cardio a bit and reduce calories and youll soon be shedding bodyfat

OK, I will stay lifting heavy and clean up diet. I have already started uping my cardio adding in a boxing class twice a week and hope to start swimming soon if it ever warms up (new york).
Ive been on the tony stark 4 day split for around 8 weeks now. Should I change the routine up? Do you know of any specific 4 day splits available on the message board that you have persoanlly or heard give good results?

    Thanks again
